How do I know if I need a life coach?

If you have specific goals you want to achieve, are facing challenges, or seeking personal or professional development, as a life coach I can provide valuable support. A discovery call with me can help assess if coaching is the right fit for you.

What types of coaching packages do you offer?

I offer life coaching sessions in forms of 1 Session, 3 Sessions, or 6 Sessions. A discovery call with me will help you choose which package aligns with your needs.

Can I reach out to you between sessions if I need support or have questions?

Yes, I am available via email or messaging support between sessions. Once you have purchased a package, your welcoming package will include information on how best to reach me.

How often are coaching sessions, and how long does each session last?

This depends on the coaching session package you decide to purchase, however, it is recommended to meet weekly for an hour. More information will be available in your welcoming package.

Can I customize my coaching package based on my specific needs and goals?

Yes. As requested, I offer personalized packages to cater to individual needs and to ensure that the coaching plan aligns with your unique objectives.

Is there a minimum commitment required for coaching services?

There is no minimum commitment.

What is your cancellation policy for coaching sessions?

Coaches typically have a cancellation policy. Understanding this policy helps you navigate any unforeseen scheduling conflicts or changes.

Can I reschedule sessions if needed, and is there a rescheduling fee?

I understand that things come up. You may reschedule as long as it’s more than 24 hours out from our call. A No Show and will be considered cancelled by you (forfeited).

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the coaching services?

At any time you may cancel services, if applicable, a refund will be returned for any requests related to dissatisfaction or other circumstances.

Can I upgrade or modify my coaching package as my needs evolve?

Yes, as requested, coaching package may be modified. If applicable, price adjustments may be applied.

What is your policy on client confidentiality?

Anything shared from both parties is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any party. I will always ask for permission prior to sharing any type of information/pictures about you or the results you create. You always have a right to say no if you don’t feel comfortable having your results shared.
